I just finished Sunshine in DK. Yup. I finished it in just 2 weeks. It’s a record. I think it's because not only it’s in DK, but also because it’s a mindless knitting. Just following the pattern.
This time, it’s short sleeves and the body length barely covered my belly botton. It’s because I only have 5 balls instead of 7 balls the pattern called for.
No photo yet. Probably can only post next week. I can only show you this:
Beside Sunshine in DK, I also started another Orchid. This time for Lauri and the color is yellow. The reason is because I have this thread that I got from my LYS in good price, but only 4 balls left. Four balls is not enough for me. So, I am using it for Lauri. She love crocheted dress. She got 2 crocheted dresses from her Bee-Ma a.k.a Grandma, and she keep asking to wear it, until I decided to hide it, so she can to wear her other dress.
Here is the peek:
Yes, I already put the button and the ribbon because I want to know how it looks like. I still have 1 ball left to crochet to get the desired length.

I think it's so cute that she loves to wear her grandma's dresses so much you have to hide them just so she can wear her others. That's so sweet.
You are making me jealous again of your knitting, its so pretty!
The orchid for Lauri is lovely, and the buttons are sooo cute ;)
Lauri looks pretty in it.
Lauri's dress is so cute. I love how you can whip up these things seemingly effortlessly :)
Your work is always pretty and perfect!
beautiful crocheted dress for your daughter.
I would love to make one of these, does the pattern for sale have instructions for making one this small? I have a girl I would like to make a dress for (also in yellow) and this is perfect, but my crocheting isn't good enough yet to modify a patter.
The pattern is for any size. From children to adult (XS to XXXXXL). It teach you how to incorporate your measurement. You just have to plug in your number and the pattern will guide you step by step.
