FO: Butterfly Lovers (Small)

This is the small version of Butterfly Lovers. For the large size version, you can see it here. You can use a single skein of DK weight yarn to make this. If you add a single button, you can wear it in many style (tutorial on how to attach the button is included in the pattern).

Another Once Upon A Dream FO

I made this last year, but no time to take photo. Today, I managed to shoot some finished shawls including this one. I also put up this shawl for sale in my etsy shop.

Pattern: Once Upon A Dream in DK (Size 1)
Materials: Rendezvous Classic DK Gradient (273 yd/100g skein; 100% Superwash Merino) in Till Death Do Us Part Colorway as Color A (1 skein) and OOAK as Color B (1 skein).
Beads: 6/0 Miyuki seed bead S/L Capri Blue AB and Pearlized Light Amber.
Needle: 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm Circular Needle

Something in The Rain MKAL



Something in The Rain is an asymmetric triangle shaping on a bias, thus creating a long crescent shaped shawl. The shawl generous length is perfect for many styling options. This shawl is designed to be knit in fingering or heavy fingering yarns in 2 colors adorned with plenty of beads (if beads are not for you, then you can omit them all together). Pattern includes charts and written directions.

Suggested yarn: Fingering or Heavy fingering

Yardage needed for sizes 1 (2, 3):
Yarn A: 330 (380, 440) yards / 300 (350, 400) m.
Yarn B: 275 (340, 410) yards / 250 (310, 375) m.

Beads (6/0 seed beads) - Optional: 748 (852, 956) pcs.

Finished Sizes (Relaxed):
Wingspan: 81 (90, 98)” / 205 (230, 250) cm.
Depth: 21 (23, 25)” / 54 (59, 65) cm.

Needle:
Size 6 US / 3.75 mm circular needle, at least 24" / 60 cm long.
Size 7 US / 4.50 mm circular needle, at least 24" / 60 cm long.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Tapestry needle, blocking pins, size 14 US / 0.75 mm steel crochet hook for beads (optional), stitch markers.
