Twist Knitting Pattern for Sale

This is the reveal of Twist MKAL that I had on March - April 2019. This is the first MKAL in year 2019 and the first of the Shawl Collection to Knit ebook no 7. It had a lot of twisted stitches and cable, hence the name. For this pattern I used gradient color and use the lighter color first. Since the pattern is done bottom up, I get the lighter color on the edging. I love the frosty effects. 

Twist is a long crescent shaped shawl worked from the bottom up. The shawl generous length is perfect for many styling options. This shawl is designed to be knit in fingering or heavy fingering yarns adorned with plenty of beads (if beads are not for you, then you can omit them all together). This pattern has many twisted stitches and cables to create interesting textural pattern, thus the name. Pattern includes charts and written directions. 

Suggested yarn: Fingering or heavy fingering 

Yardage needed for sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6): 
360 (440, 530, 640, 750, 870) yards / 320 (400, 490, 580, 680, 790) m. 

Beads (5/0 triangle beads) - Optional: 457 (545, 633, 729, 827, 933) pcs. 

Finished Sizes (Relaxed): 
Wingspan: 60 (66, 72, 78, 84, 91)“ / 152 (168, 183, 199, 214, 230) cm. 
Depth: 13 (15, 16, 18, 19, 20)” / 34 (37, 41, 44, 48, 51) cm. 

Needle: 
Size 6 US / 4.00 mm circular needle, at least 24” / 60 cm long. 
Size 7 US / 4.50 mm circular needle, at least 24” / 60 cm long. 
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge. 

Notions: Tapestry needle, blocking pins, size 14 US / 0.75 mm steel crochet hook for beads (optional), stitch markers.

Beads: Miyuki 6/0 Rasberry Lined Chrystal AB seed beads
