Years Later Sweater

Years Later Sweater is worked bottom up in the round to the underarm, then divided into front and back and shaped separately to the shoulders. The shoulders are joined using a 3-needle cast-off for stability and structure. Sleeves are picked up around the armholes and worked inside out in the round, creating a clean, seamless finish throughout. The hem features a subtle flare that adds a soft, feminine touch to the silhouette, making the sweater equally lovely worn loose or styled with a casual half-tuck. 

Suggested yarn: Heavy fingering or sport. 

Sizes: 1 (2 / 3 / 4 / 5), 6 (7 / 8 / 9 / 10), 11 (12, 13, 14, 15). 

Finished Chest Measurement: 76⅓ (84⅔, 93, 101½, 110), 118½ (127, 135½, 144, 152½), 161 (169⅓, 178, 186¼, 194¾) cm / 30 (33⅓, 36⅔, 40, 43⅓), 46¾ (50, 53⅓, 56¾, 60), 63⅓ (66¾ ,70, 73⅓, 76¾)“ All measurements are those of the finished sweater. Choose a size with up to 25 cm (10”) positive ease at bust. Shown in size 5 on a 86 cm (34”) bust. 

Yardage: 1000 (1100 / 1250 / 1500 / 1600), 1750 (2000 / 2250 / 2400 / 2500) meters 1095 (1205 / 1370 / 1645 / 1750), 1915 (2190 / 2465 / 2625 / 2735) yards 

Needle
Size 7 US / 4.50 mm circular needle with appropriate length to knit the Cast On only. 
Size 6 US / 4.00 mm circular needle with appropriate length to knit in the round and magic loop or DPNs. 
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge. 

Gauge: 24 sts x 32 rnds per 10 cm /4” in Chart-3 motif after blocking. 

Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors, cable needle, scrap yarn to place sts on hold, Row counter recommended.

Windy Poplar MCAL



Windy Poplar is a half circle shaped shawl that starts from a point. This shawl can be made in any yarn weight, although the yarn requirements provided are for fingering-weight yarn only. Pattern includes both charts and written directions. As with all of my patterns, this pattern comes with row-by-row written direction in US crochet term along with detailed charts. 

Yarn: Fingering. 

Yardage needed for size 1 (2, 3, 4): 660 (880, 1210, 1540) yards / 600 (800, 1100, 1400) m. 

Hook: 3.75 mm (F) hook and 0.5 - 0.6 mm steel crochet hook for beads (optional). 

Notions: Removable stitch markers. 

Beads (optional): 156 (192, 228, 265) pcs size 6/0 seed beads or size 5/0 triangle beads. 

Level: Intermediate

For kit without the beads, you will receive same as above but without the beads and the crochet steel hook.

Spring Night MKAL

 

Spring Night is an asymmetric crescent shawl, worked from the tip and shaped with short rows for easy to wear. Knit it in DK weight for a large, warm and quick finish, or in fingering for a lighter, more refined fabric. Either way, it delivers warmth without bulk. Beads can be added to bring a sparkle to the finished piece. Pattern includes charts and written directions.
