Bridge to Terabithia MKAL


Bridge to Terabithia is a crescent shaped shawl worked from the bottom up. The shawl generous length is perfect for many styling options. This shawl is designed to be knit in fingering or heavy fingering yarns adorned with beads (if beads are not for you, then you can omit them all together). The pattern is worked on the both the wrong and right sides. Pattern includes charts and written directions. I also include instructions on where to place the beads.


Suggested yarn: Rendezvous Silky Gradient

Yardage needed for size 1 (2, 3, 4):
Fingering or Heavy fingering weight yarn 380 (535, 770, 850) yard / 350 (490, 700, 770) meter. 

Finished Sizes (Relaxed):
Wingspan: 61 (73, 87, 90)” / 155 (185, 220, 230) cm
Depth: 12.5 (15, 18.5, 20)” / 32 (39, 47, 50) cm

Needle:
Size 5 US / 3.75 mm circular needle, at least 24” / 60 cm long.
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Tapestry needle, blocking pins, size 14 US / 0.75 mm steel crochet hook for beads (optional), stitch markers, 246 (306, 378, 402) pcs size 6/0 seed beads (optional).

Size

For this Kit, your will receive:
- One (1) or Two (2) skein(s) of Rendezvous Silky Gradient (50% Merino / 50% Silk) - 383 yards/350 meter/100g/skein enough to make size 1 or size 3. 
- Size 6 Toho/Miyuki glass seed beads enough to complete the project.
- Pattern is NOT INCLUDED in this kit. You need to buy separately in Ravelry or my blog.

Hand Wash/lay flat to dry using bleach-free detergent.
May bleed slightly upon first wash.
